Terms of Service

Effective October 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of ProveCV, operated by Kris Chen. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

ProveCV compares a resume you provide with a job description and reports which requirements your resume supports, where the gaps are, and suggested edits. Results are generated partly by AI models and may contain errors. They are guidance, not professional career advice, and we do not guarantee interviews, offers or any hiring outcome.

Your account

You must be at least 16 and provide an email address you control. Keep access to your email secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service — for example by circumventing usage limits (including with multiple accounts), automated scraping, submitting other people’s personal data without permission, or attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Plans and payment

ProveCV is currently a free beta: each account includes 3 analyses per 30 days, and limits may change. There are no paid plans yet; if we introduce them, prices and refund terms will be shown before you pay, and these terms will be updated.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. We may update them; material changes will be notified by email, and continuing to use the service means you accept them. Contact: support@provecv.com.
